Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order.
- Only unused, unworn, and undamaged products are eligible for return or refund.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, tags, boxes, and protective wrapping.
Non-Returnable Items
- SALE items or products purchased during promotional offers are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
- In case of prepaid or COD returns, only the product amount will be refunded (shipping or COD charges are non-refundable).
Return Pickup / Shipping
- Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address unless otherwise instructed by our team.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
