Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.
2. If you wish to return the product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

1. COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
2. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders.

1. Baljaru India reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued promptly.
